How to attach a Jet Ski Rescue Sled to a Jet Ski

We're often asked how to attach a jet ski rescue sled to a jet ski and, unfortunately, there's no one-size-fits-all way to do it as PWC manufacturers did not create their vehicles with this attachment in mind.

It's going to be a little bit different depending on the make and model of your jet ski and rescue sled.

However, it's very important to take the time to set up your sled properly: a sled that's too loose or too tightly fitted on the back of a jet ski can impact the maneuverability and stability. Worst case, it can cause damage to your vessel or the sled itself.

When attaching your sled, you always want to maintain three attachment points on the stern. A fairly tight center rope will keep the board stable when on the water. We don't recommend using any stock u-bolts on the underside or top of the ski.

The best thing to do is get in touch with us and we can give you best practice advice based on your specific jet ski model and rescue sled brand.

The Agenda Jet Ski Rescue Sled can attach to all major jet ski brands including: Sea-doo, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Honda.

If in doubt - ask the pros.
